So, who are we, and why should you listen to us?
Most basically, we’re friends! We met in college and became friends pretty much immediately. We had lots of fun adventures, supported each other through hard decisions and tough times, and helped each other learn and grow. We saw a spark in each other, and we loved each other for it.
As friendships do, ours began to wane. As we started our adult lives, we drifted apart. We moved to new places, traveled, started jobs, and built families, and we didn’t talk much. But we never forgot about each other.
We reconnected in 2019. We were both nervous, seeing each other again after such a long time. But for both of us, it felt like no time had passed at all. We chatted and laughed, and remembered
why our friendship was so special. We won’t forget again, and we are dedicated to building a friendship that’s even better than it was before.
Now, we’d like to help you do the same.
Meet Your Hosts!
I live in Las Vegas with my two little bears and my wonderful husband. I am an avid reader and a history nerd. I dream of someday owning enough shelves for all my books. You can usually find my bestie and me getting our nails done, cackling over inside jokes at brunch, or admiring sparkly things at jewelry stores. I love road trips and am a huge fan of girlfriend getaways! I'm an INFP, Enneagram Type 5, and my primary Love Language is Quality Time.
I’m a writer, reader, singer, and sometimes-bartender. I live in a 200-year-old farmhouse with my husband and our pets, and possibly a ghost or two. I enjoy exploring the scenery and history of the rural area where I live, finding new dirt roads and great craft beers/ciders with my friends, and volunteering for preservation and conservation efforts in my community. I am not a morning person, though I love coffee and have been known to watch the sunrise for no good reason. My personal mantra: Go places, meet people, write stories. I’m an ENFP, Enneagram Type 2, and my primary Love Language is Quality Time.
